Q. What are Lawn Signs?

Lawn Signs are larger than life signage. They can be staked into natural grass or used for indoor displays on stands. They are a fresh, fun and brilliant way to celebrate any of life’s occasions! You can spell out your message using individual letters and numbers, then add additional graphic signage to make it personal with your chosen theme or interest.

 

Q. Why use Lawn Signs?                                 

Lawn Signs make any occasion a special event and creates a lifetime of memories! Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, gender reveals, retirement, get well soon, bon voyage just to name a few. If you have a reason to celebrate Lawn Sign Supplies have the resources to make it happen!

 

Q. What are the signs made of?

All Lawn Sign Supplies signage are printed with high quality, UV resistant, toxic free latex inks on 5mm corflute, they are then cut to shape and ready to stake. 

 

Q. How does it work?                           

Create an online account, search for your desired signs and stakes, add items to your cart, and checkout. We will then place your sign into production and you should receive your order within 5-11 business days.

 

Q:  Do you do customise orders?

Yes! We can create custom orders for your needs. Time constraints apply for all custom orders, please use the contact us page to advise us of your requests.

 

Q: Do you take requests?

Requests will be completed depending on availability of our designers and demand. You can submit requests through our contact us page. 

 

Q:  Do you have sales or discount codes?

Yes! From time to time we will have sales on selected products on our site. Please be sure to sign up to our newsletter and join our social pages to be notified when sale periods commence.

 

Q. Can I create a Wishlist?

Yes! If you see a product you like, add it to your wishlist. This will save the information for a later date when you are ready to purchase/order.

 

Q: Do you offer digital files?

No, we do not offer digital downloads.  We sell only premium quality printed signs that are ready to stake. 

 

Q:  How long does it take to get my signs?

Orders are processed and placed into production with 72 business hours. 

Shipping is an additional 2-8 business days.
On occasion, these times may be effected due to localised weather, Covid restrictions, etc. Please note we do not guarantee shipping time, our team work hard to process orders out for delivery in a timely manner.

We encourage you to not promise your customers a product until you receive it in hand.

Q:  Can you give me an update on my shipping?

Tracking numbers are input as we receive them. These tracking numbers are the most updated information we have. Please continue to check the status with the tracking information provided to you.

 

Q. Do you offer express shipping?

No. We are a print on demand company, and do not carry inventory in stock. 

In addition, we cannot expedite the shipping. Orders are processed in the order they are received. 

 

Q. Can I come pick up my order?

No. All orders will be shipped to recipients and cannot be picked up. 

 

Q: Do the signs come with stakes?

No, we do not include stakes with our signs.  We do however have a broad range of stake supplies for all your signage needs, please check our stakes tab on our website for all options available.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

No. Once your order has placed the production process has begun and we cannot cancel it. 

 

Q. Can I make a change after ordering?

No. Once your order is processing it is too late to make a change. In order to have fast turnaround times we place orders into production quickly to ensure fast delivery.

 

Q. Do you offer returns?

No. Orders are printed on demand. Once an order is processed, we cannot alter it or offer refunds. Therefore, returns are not accepted. 

 

Q. I'm starting a business, do you have any support for this?

Q. Are your graphics licensed?

We will only print graphics we have the permission and proper licensing to print. We hold valid commercial licenses for all printed products available on our website. If you need help creating a theme please reach out. We would love to help you come up with some ideas. 

 

Q. What if my order arrived missing/damaged?

We are so sorry your items did not arrive in perfect condition or some items are missing from your shipment. We will do everything possible to remedy the issue.

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately within two (2) days of receiving the item if there are any issues so we can evaluate the situation. If you do not contact us within those first two days of receiving the item, we can not process a replacement.

We will process this information within 72 hours and will contact you via email.

Please include all details, what is damaged or missing, order number(s) and clear pictures of all package contents.

Please do not use any damaged items, items which have been utilised are ineligible for claims. 

Lawn Sign Supplies is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
